We then brush and clean the entire exterior wall and fill in all cracks with a hydraulic cement compound. After that, we parge the entire wall with cement and seal it with two coats of asphalt foundation sealer. Finally, we cover the wall with a hardy waterproof plastic membrane.
We install new 4’’ weeping tile connected to the drain system and cover it with a minimum of 18’’ of gravel. Then, we backfill and power tamp the area to prevent sinking and to ensure that it slopes away from the house. Once the area has been power tamped, we remove all debris and any excess fill. Finally, we can landscape or rebuild decks, porches or other structures over the repaired areas.
