In the home addition project pictured above, the client was looking to add more space to the rear of their home on both the upper and lower levels. SIDE VIEW
A side view of the project shows several Pella windows and doors prior to installation. Adding multiple windows brightens up a room and naturally heats a home during the colder months, thus reducing overall heating costs. The bricks were then added and later tinted to match the rest of the home.
AFTER
In this home addition project, the 300 sq. ft. family room seen above was transformed into a bright, luxurious, seating area. The open design and professional lighting makes it the perfect place to entertain. Note that the custom installed fireplace which adds ambience, value to the home, and makes the room a pleasant place to relax. Its numerous windows provide a pleasant view of the garden and patio.
BROADWAY AVE. PROJECT
The homeowner was extremely pleased with this newly constructed cedar clad addition built by Belvedere. The former add-on was demolished and the new addition was built on solid masonry foundations. French doors were installed to divide the dining room from the new family room.
The porcelain tile floor is electrically heated with its own thermostat. The Velux skylight is nicely vaulted, allowing for natural light. The vinyl windows are 24’’ from the floor level on both the rear and west wall, adding even more light.
