We begin bathroom renovations by sealing off the work area from the rest of the house to contain any debris during construction and the removal of any existing structures. We then remove all existing fixtures, wall coverings and flooring. Our licensed subcontractors install new electrical and plumbing elements prior to delivery of new cabinets from our long-standing and carefully selected suppliers.

BATHROOM RENOVATIONS THE BELVEDERE WAY

Our team follows these steps when renovating your bathrooms:

  • Cover and protect all floors and stairs leading to the bathroom 
  • Remove and dispose of all existing plumbing and fixtures in bathroom 
  • Remove and dispose of existing mirror (if applicable)
  • Remove old plaster from walls down to the studs
  • Remove tiles on walls of tub enclosure, make walls level and plumb 
  • Install additional blocking in wall for installation of grab bar
  • Install cement board or dense shield to walls of tub enclosure
